A day in the life of Megan Uhrich

As a Director at The Clearing, I lead our efforts to grow our impact with new client engagements and partnerships. Prior to joining The Clearing, I was the founding growth team member and served as the Director of Strategic Growth for a digital services company, helping them become the 168th fastest growing privately-held company in 2019 and the first digital services company to graduate as a large business. I enjoy supporting organizations in their journey to expand the positive impact they can have in the market. At prior organizations, I have driven consistency and best practices across all phases of the growth lifecycle and connected exceptionally talented teams with government agencies and the private sector in support of missions that improve how people live their lives. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from George Mason University, as well as an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Olympic College. I am also a graduate of the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council’s Associates program (2015). Outside of work, I adore spending time with my family and enjoy exercising my competitive spirit as a competitive Irish dancer.
