What is a Chalk Talk?
To support leaders in addressing their biggest challenges, we offer a complimentary session called a “Chalk Talk” to small teams of senior leaders who have a deep understanding of their organization’s mission, opportunities, threats, and the impact of their decisions on employees and customers.
Chalk Talks are conducted in small groups — with only one to four participants — and are designed exclusively for senior leaders.
Through the session, our experts will graphically capture the flow and outcomes of the conversation, and assist you in thinking through your challenges so you leave the meeting with a clear path forward.
By participating in a Chalk Talk, you will be able to:
- Identify the critical path to achieve your organization’s most important outcomes.
